Gym session and then lectures
This morning I have a good gym session :) did my split program for back and triceps. Can proper feel it now! And I also did another 15 min bonus cardio just because I felt amazing this morning!:) also because i found out how to preset my workout so i dont have to adjust speed and incline myself! The treadmill does it for me now mohahhah:p then I had a proper lunch of beans, egg, chicken, onion, peppers and ryvita:):) nom nom :)
